Field Trip Protocols
Before every trip, students must fill out a permission slip with medical and emergency information. Students who are not registered with Project re:Fresh, will need to register.
-
During the day of the trip, students will need to check-in and follow COVID-19 health protocols.
-
For each field trip, caregivers must complete a waiver for their youth. Before each field trip, we will send out emails and flyers with the waiver link to fill out.
You can also find our waivers for upcoming field trips under “Upcoming Events” located above.
Field Trip FAQs
Who can attend field trips?
Youth who are registered with one our programs, like Project re:Fresh, and who have completed the necessary waivers are able to attend our field trips.
Who can attend community days?
Registered youth and their families, including caregivers and siblings, are able to attend our community days. All youth, siblings, and adults are required to complete waivers.
Do you offer ride support?
We only offer ride support for field trips for registered youth who qualify. While we wish we could support attendees, we do not offer ride support for community days.
We provide monthly field learning experiences or “deep dives” where youth can engage in spaces they might not otherwise have access to which inspire our youth to envision futures they didn’t know were possible.

“Seen52 was an amazing partner and was integral to the success of our non-digital game jam at 2K Games Novato office. Seeing the kids engage in the creative process would have been great enough, but on top of all that, all the kids made a cohesive board game in less than 6 hours! Being able to help navigate the kiddos through the design process was extremely reward and fulfilling. I look forward to collaborating with Seen52 in the future and to continue helping their efforts to really make a positive impact on systems impacted youth.”
